Multiple pulmonary metastasis two years after left pneumonectomy. The patient had another brain metastasis treated with susrgery/chemo/radiation therapy.

Melanoma

Metastatic desease to mediastinum, pleura, axilary nodes and subcutaneus nodes of the thoracic skin.

Pulmonary metastasis: sarcoma

Male, 29. Sarcoma removed from left leg three years ago. Control chest CT showed isolated nodule in right inferior lobe. The surgery identified another unsuspected nodule in the same lobe.
