After chemotherapy and radiation theraphy for local advanced esophageal cancer with nodal celiac metastasis, estenotic lesion was a consequence. Esophageal endoscopy for bouginage produced middle third rupture.

"Trapped lung" by chronic pleural effusion.

NSCLC. Mediastinal metastasis as bulky desease.

Cervical metastasis after esophagectomy

Three years after an esophagectomy for middle third scamous cell carcinoma, cervical metastasis produced complete obstruction for solid food.

Surgery was an uncommon approach, through an endoprothesis (portion of a 34 fr chest tube) from cervical esophagus to intrathoracic stomach.

Hamartoma

Another hamartoma. Young man (36), heavy smoker (20 years) presented at x-ray with an isolated pulmonary nodule (lingula).

Pulmonary metastasis: sarcoma

Male, 29. Sarcoma removed from left leg three years ago. Control chest CT showed isolated nodule in right inferior lobe. The surgery identified another unsuspected nodule in the same lobe.
