Bronchial carcinoma of inferior left lobe






Man, 78 years old, was brought to emergency consultation due vague complain, depression and weight loss. Investigation was carried out with chest x-ray that was diagnostic for a gross mass in left inferior lobe. CT of the chest showed the lesion with probably compromise of inferior pulmonay vein and pleural effusion. Respiratory endoscopy showed tumor in the inferior lobar bronchus. Thoracocentesis reveal clear effusion and pelural Cope specimen was roughly thick.
