Metastatic desease to mediastinum, pleura, axilary nodes and subcutaneus nodes of the thoracic skin.
Mediastinal recurrence 5 years after esophagectomy.
Invasion of retrocardiac tissue and left stem bronchus.

Perfaration of esophagus. Ivor Lewis esophagectomy.
After chemotherapy and radiation theraphy for local advanced esophageal cancer with nodal celiac metastasis, estenotic lesion was a consequence. Esophageal endoscopy for bouginage produced middle third rupture.
