82 years old lady previously treated for esophageal carcinoma of middle thoracic esophagus with chemo-radiation therapy. Clinical presentation was progressive hoarseness. CT scan showed a right paratracheal and periesophageal mass. Bronchoscopy confirmed right vocal cord palsy and diagnosis was made trought cervical mediastinoscopy.
